My grandmother and grandfather died and left no will or executor of estate. Their children want to sell their house. One of their kids died many years ago before my grandparents (my aunt). If their children were to sell the house, do my aunt's children get her portion of the sale or is the amount of sale distributed among my grandparents' living children?
