My cousin is from Jamiaca and has been living in the US since he was 10. His visa expired and he never went back home. He was using a different name so he could work and get by. He was also arrested under that name for driving while license suspended and possesion of Marajuna. The driving issue was a felony. He was married to a US citizen for 4 years but that went sore and they had a divorce. What can he do now to become a resident? His finger prints are under a different name with the law. He has never been arrested under his real name since he never had a ID under that name... Any advice? Should he just go back to Jamaica?
