My jurisdiction is: NY, US
I have J-1 visa valid till June 2010. I got married to US citizen 8 months ago, and we would like to apply for a green card based on this marriage. I got the waiver from 2-years home residence, and we are not sure with which paperwork to start. Shall we first submit I-130, or I do not need that one, and I can directly go for I-485? is there any other paperwork to fill in? thank you
