Permanent Residency Green Card Renewal

If you have a family based temp. green card through marriage, how long does it take to renew it after you have initiated the process of renewal (after two years of marriage, etc.)?

if you have a temporary permanent resident, do you have to change your status 90 days before your second marriage aniversary, (90 days before your conditional green card expires) you have to submit the I-751 form

You have to distinguish between the simple renewal of the card and the removal of conditions that has been mentioned here before. As to both processes, nobody knows for sure how long the USCIS will take to complete it, but you can get an idea of how long it takes on the USCIS website. They list the the times sorted by proceeding and office.
