Ask the authorities:

www.uscis.gov

Or, return to your country of birth.

No way anyone but the authorities could know what decision they make in your case.

Or, HIRE yourself a lawyer.
Life isn't FREE. You want to play, you gotta pay!!!!

If you don't want to spend a day or two in jail, contact a bail bonding agency and arrange for your bail, then turn yourself in to take care of the warrant.
Your theft charge is STATE JAIL FELONY.
Any theft of $1,500 or more, but less than $20,000 is a State Jail FELONY with a penalty of between 180 days to 2 years in a state jail facility in the custody of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and/or a fine of not more than $10,000.
If this is your FIRST offense, you will likely get probation, a fine, be ordered to do community service, and take a few classes on honesty and ethics.

However, a charge of this nature, with the amount alleged to have been stolen could possibly be deemed "moral turpitude".
You need a criminal defense lawyer, and to you must take care of the warrant.
For the moment, and until the felony charge has been addressed, I'd forget the Green Card.
But, a chat with a couple immigration lawyers couldn't hurt.
