Grievance not followed...

hi I would like to know if this is grounds for an Unfair LAbor Practice?

I am a state employee and about a year ago I filed a grievance to have something taken out of my employee folder. I went through the whole process and we WON the grievance to have the info taken out of my employee folder, HOWEVER this not only did NOT occur, it was then used against me at a later date so it was NOT an accident. I just dont know what to do since obviously the grievance procedure didnt work as they flat out ignored it!

If you have some kind of documentation that the item was to be removed then you should be able to go through your personnel department and have the matter fixed. After you found out that it had not been removed after the grievance what did you do? WHo have you talked to since and what have they told you about it?
