This has been going on for a few years now, but has recently esculated. Our neighbor is constantly doing thanks to harasse use. First he began parking his truck in front of our house, we really did not mind, until he bagan parking right infront and sometimes blocking our driveway. The truck leaks oil, so would leave a huge spill in front of the house. After asking him not to do this, we called the police. It took several times, (this is illegal in our neighborhood) but they finally told him if he continues they would issue him a ticket. Every time they left (the police) he would begin cursing use, calling us names, he even told my husband - One day I will catch you out of here and I will kill you. What a shame your kids will growup with out a dad. He has pulled his truck in our yard when we are not home, left tracks. He walks over on our property and begins cursing and threating, the same as above. He then began bringing his dog over to go in our yard to go to the bathroom. Called the police again, but they said they did not see him. So, we could not at the time, afford the real thing, so we put up fake cameras. He figured that out, yesterday, that they were fake. He brought his outside furniture over on our side yard, in front on the camera and began painting. Paint is all over our yard, again we called the police, they did issue him a treaspassing warning. So after they left, him and his wife began yelling terriable things from there yard, even taunting my 10 year old for playing with the black kids down the road (though he used more profound words).
We did, last night, purchase a camera with a mic, but this will not stop them. It is getting unbearable, my other neighbors have heard all this and have even yelled back at him about being so ignorant. The police seem to be of no help, nothing they can do. What is my next step, I cannot bear my kids hearing all this, and having to look-out before they even go outside. They do not want the neighbors to see them, in fear something will be said. I am afraid an injuction may make it worse, but I do know what else to do. We have lived here for 10 years, my kids grew-up here and I really do not want to move.
