would like to give 20 yr. old daughter guardianship of incapacitated son 17 yr. old, can i write a letter of intent and have it notorized with his signature,
he is capable enough to know that he wants his sister to care for him, Thank you

The boy is not of legal age to sign and notarize guardianship papers. The papers would have to be between the parent and the sister.
