Hello again,
My dad is fully disabled and in a motorized wheel chair, when we moved in we were placed in a "handicap" unit (doors widened in bedroom and bathroom, handicap bars, etc) now that we are moving out they are trying to charge us for rolls in the carpet, is that legal? I would think that because my dad is in a wheel chair (he weighs around 200lbs and the chair weighs about the same) that rolls would be considered normal wear and tear...theres nothing we can do to stop something like that from happening.
Thanks
