What are the grounds of harrasement? Four years ago our neightbor's daughter hit and destroyed our satelite dish. The mother said she would pay to get it fix. This was before we knew it had to be replaced. Once she found out that her homeowners insurance would not pay for the damage. The go kart was considered a motor vehicle not covered. She has been at war with us since then making our lives miserable. Her dog even dug under our fence and bite my husband while on our deck. Even this she denies.
