harassing landlord in texas

i moved in a mobile home 8 mnths ago,and still havent had anything fixed yet. i pay my rent ,when i refuse she leaves a threathin voicemails and comes by leavin me a eviction notice on my door . you cant talk to her as she cusses u ,runs u down,etc. try to tell her i would fix the repairs such as water heater,a.c. and she will say ok. but as soon as i do she demands full rent or get out. i have put a circle drive which i payed for ,repaired water leaks that was here before i moved in i didnt know about. do you have any legal suggestion. I honestly have no idea what you're trying to tell us here. All I can gather is that your landlord is a woman. I don't know what that has to do with fixing stuff. We don't even know if you have a lease or what the rental agreement was on the mobile home. You can start by telling us what the agreement is supposed to be.
