My Ex In Tennesse Filed A Harassment Charge Against Me When I Have Not Done Anything. She Said That My Girlfriend Wrote Her On Myspace And Threatened To Kill Her As Well As On The Phone. Thing Is I Don't Have A Girlfriend, We Got Into An Argument The Other Night About My Myspace Pictures She Was Being Very Immature. I Only Called Her A Bitch Through Text But Not In A Threating Or Violent Way. The Legal Definition Of Harassment Says That Its When Someone Calls For No Purpose Or Uses Vulgar Langauge To Intimidate, Or To Perform Harm. But I Did Not Do That What Do I Do? What Can I Do?

I really have to try that explanation on my wife sometime! LOL

Anyway, this is real easy. Stop talking to her period. There are no charges. No on is going to arrest you for having called her a bitch. Leave her alone, don't talk to her, and don't let her talk to you. If she emails or texts you save it but DO NOT RESPOND.

She will get over it when she finds someone else to mess with.
