harassment

i am over the road truck driver and am currently on the job as we speak.. my question is ...is a company allowed to repeatedly call you while you are working and on the job and demand payment? they have called me 5 times today and how many times is it considered harassment? and can i sue for harassment?:nuts

You can stop the calls by writing a letter to the company demanding that they cease these..
