If I were talking to someone over the phone and I emailed them nude or semi nude pictures of myself. Do they have the right to post them on a sight, and is there anything I can do to stop them? They are threatening to post them or make a website (Both parties are over 18)

This is not a case of harassment.

There is no legal way to stop someone from hearing a bell that has been rung.

The pictures are considered gifts.

The recipient is free to do anything they wish with the GIFTS you gave them.

All you can do is move on, and NEVER do this again.

No one gets in trouble for saying NO!
