I have brought a small claims suit against the apartments where my grandchildren mother lives. Now every time I go down to see her or the children the other tenants or the managers son calls police on me and tells them I have a no trespass order. Which in fact I don't. The police are aware of that. I am already on nerve medication because of the situation with court. Is there anything I can legally do for them calling the police all the time?

You can stay off the property.

Why would you want to do that?

Your presence on the premises could damage your pending lawsuit. You might want to discuss this with your lawyer. If I were your lawyer, I would advise you to stay off the property until the lawsuit was over.

If you insist on going there, be prepared to respond to the police. There is nothing you can do to stop anyone from calling the police.

Everything in life isn't controlled by laws and regulations.

Most human behavior is common sense. If I were you, I'd stay away from places I'm unwanted.

Small claims?

Why is small claims involved?

Could you perhaps explain what it is they're doing wrong?

Agree, what are you suing in small claims court for? I don't know if you have a lawyer since you don't need one for SCC.
