MY neighbor is constantly calling the police on me and my husband for no reason.

Is there anything I can do about it?

Yes, ignore the busy body. If you ignore him or her, he or she will become bored and go play their silly weasel games in another unsuspecting person's yard.

All of those useful things we learned at about age five continue to work if we employ them at age 105.

Keep your hands and feet to yourself, use your inside voice, pick up your own mess, don't spit on others, don't call people names, if someone calls you a name IGNORE them, don't use curse words, take your hat off indoors, wash your hands with hot water and soap, brush your teeth as often as you can, drink at least three eight ounce glasses of water daily.

They are tried and true techniques still working for me after all these years.

Unless the police have tended to find something wrong when they have responded, they may eventually either address the situation or simply respond in a leisurely fashion. Eventually, the police will get tired of it, they will respond and chat with you politely for a couple of minutes, you'll all agree the neighbor's a tad kooky, and everyone goes on their way.

Do the police say when they come out what the neighbors' complaints were with you & your husband? If the police don't believe you are doing anything wrong/don't seem concerned, just ignore the neighbors as much as you can. They generally get tired of calling the police after a while & complaining & find something else to do.
