harrasement for not taking up the job

I got an offer letter from a company and signed it. The offer letter clearly states "Employment-at-Will" and not a employment contract. Then my current company matched the offer and i decided to stay with my current company and informed the new guy. Since he could not do anything legally, he sent me an email saying he wants to teach me a lesson by spoiling my reputation by calling my bosses and talking to them about what i did. My bosses are with me on this since i took the offer from the current company. Can i sue the new guy for harrasement ? Thanks a lot in advance.
