My husband bought a scooter online from a dealer in Florida. They were slow on shippings, have horried service ect. Well, they sent the paperwork we need to get signed in order to process our title for Texas. Problem is he sent us the first bill of sale that was UNSIGNED! Then after dozens of phone calls and emails he mailed me another unsigned proof of sale at work and then one to my husband. Today after 3 attempts at trying to register this scooter in Texas my husband was able to fill out the title (made two mistakes, because HELLO we weren't ever supposed to fill the thing out in the first place!) and we just got hit with 150 dollars in errors. How can I fix this?! We are so stressed, this has been an issue since Feb!
