I have a friend that has been separated for about 2 years and she wants to divorce her husband but her husband says that if she does so, his health insurance will find out and raise the premium substantially (due to the fact that he had colon cancer 2 years ago). Is this true or is he just trying to get a tax break?

Even if it were true, that is no reason for her not to divorce his lying butt!

If she wants a divorce, tell her to get the ball rolling.
