Heir of Estate and Legal Guardianship

I had to take legal guardianship of my Aunt who was dying of cancer. It was determined by her family and doctors that she was not capable of making descisions for herself. She died 3 months later. If I was appointed her legal guardian, would that supercede what was stated in her will?

As to what? The guardianship ended when she died and the Personal Representative can ask for an accounting of any funds that you accessed.
