Help is this car accident my fault

I was driving in middle lane and other driver was driving in the right lane and she was changing lanes and hit my car. She claimed I was driving to fast. I wasn't going over the speed limit, there was to much traffic. I have 1 witness (passenger) and she has 2. She hit the back of my car and it hardly caused any damage. Her car was more expensive and there was more damage and it was at the front of her car. I would like to know if it could in any way be my fault, like maybe i was going to fast.

What did the police say? Did you receive a ticket?

Unless she can prove how fast you were going, that is not much of an excuse. It sounds like she made an unsafe lane change. Did either of you receive a ticket? It does not matter that she has 2 witnesses. If she was changing lanes, most likely she is at fault. Write everything down so you remember everything the way it happened.
