My landlord is selling the house. I found another apartment, but he is now claing that I MUST give him 60 day notice according to the agreement I signed. The apartment is ILLEGAL Do I have to obide or can I just give him 30 days notice?
PS. I cannot find the agreement- and he advised he would forward a copy to me next week
