I just had my daughter remove she's been adopted by people we dont know..... My girlfriend is about to have a baby can cps take away our baby or remove it from us.... Due to the fact we had cps cases in the past..... They are goin by that to remove our baby in fact they are already making plans for our baby to be adopted.......... Please I need help I don't Wana loose this baby..... What can I do I just feel hopeless they did me wrong and dirty in the past.....

Hire a lawyer, ASAP.

States don't snatch or kidnap children without what they believe is a good reason.

That said, request a hearing, always request a hearing.

Request a lawyer!!!!

and make sure you have resolved whatever issues caused CPS to remove your daughter.

You could of course pack up and move to another state before any legal proceedings are started.
