My friend lives in KY and she wants to end her marriage. She is so fed up she just wants to walk out immediately. Will her possessions be safe until a later date or will her husband have the right to do whatever he wants with them? Please, help.

Her possessions will not necessarily be safe if she leaves the house. She should file for divorce before leaving IMO.
