my neighbours are a nightmare from smoking dope to constant noise fromtheir arguing
i have continuously complained to my housinglandlord and police and im getting no where . .
they have two small children one whos a toddler and one whos just walking godknowswhat the fumes are doing to them.
I dont want to move due to the area being close to work aswell as my disabled mother and grand mother but it seams like that is the only option i have now .
im at my wits end and near depression .
is their any legal advice you can give me to help before i end up bald.
