Hello I am Robert Todd. I have quite a few questions if there is anyone that can help.

is it the compony's responsibility to get a persons last paycheck to them?

If a compony says the persons last paycheck was mailed but after 3 weeks still nothing can they be sued?

Can an employer put every worker he has on part-time status with full time hours legally?

If an employer is putting workers on call instead of firing them can something be done about this?

Also i have heard that if i can sue this compony i could get a little bit outta them how much with the information ive provided is a good estimate of what i could get?(that is if i can at all)

everyone that reads this the compony i worked for is in missouri so its missouri law i was working in a warehouse driving a forklift and i honestly dont know why i was fired they "told" me i was fired because i did not palletize two stacks of cardboard boxes (which wernt palletized in the first place might i add) before i put them into the trailer also while i was putting them in the trailer the night manager was watching me and did not say a word just waited till the next day to tell me i was on call.

If a compony says the persons last paycheck was mailed but after 3 weeks still nothing can they be sued? Yes. But considering that things do get lost in the mail, without some proof that they did not do so, there are better ways of resolving the situation.


Can an employer put every worker he has on part-time status with full time hours legally? Yes.


If an employer is putting workers on call instead of firing them can something be done about this? Legally? No. That is perfectly legal. The employees can file for unemployment benefits for the time they do not work, and they can look for other jobs, but the employer is violating no laws.

Also i have heard that if i can sue this compony i could get a little bit outta them how much with the information ive provided is a good estimate of what i could get?(that is if i can at all) The exact amount of any unpaid wages. No more, no less.
