Okay so...My ex was abusive, both mentally and physically during out time together. He hardly ever helped with the baby. He always wanted to party. Weed, alcohol, and partying was all he ever did. Throwing partys until 2 or 3 in the morning, he was famous for. Even throwing partys while i was 8 months pregnant, Oh and we lived about 9 miles into the country. And he allowed his friends to block me in so if i went into labor I wouldnt even be able to drive myself.
Anyway. He is an avid pot smoker. Smoking while my son is in his custody. My ex has been 51/50. Put in the puff on two occasions that I know of. He ended up getting away at one time and was pepper sprayed by the police. He is BIPOLAR and needs anger management classes and drug and alcohol classes would help also. When I took him to court the last time they refused to have him drug tested after I asked them too. The last couple of times he has showed up to pick up my son stoned. I am extremely worried about this. He doesnt pay child support because he is on disability. Now he is wanting him half time. One week on and one week off. I am very afraid that he is not mentally capable of handling him for this amount of time. He has a very short temper. And was always getting upset because he was crying or being to loud. He does not use common sense. Does anyone have any advice? DO I have a leg to stand on? PLEASE HELP =(
