Help! reckless driving without injury on a dirtbike in glamis sand dunes.

hello this is my first post and looking for some help. basically riding my dirt bike in glamis california which is BLM land and i was cited for reckless driving with out injury and no alcohol was involved and i am looking on some advice on what to do. thank you. also have TBA written on my ticket where it says court date.

You can appear in court when notified, plead not guilty, and fight the ticket.

This sounds like a federal matter, and the appearance will be before a federal magistrate.

You'll receive a letter in he mail telling you when and where to appear.

Or, you can pay the ticket and move on, when the letter arrives.

Read the letter and make your choice.
