HELP - Speeding in NC/SC

Back in November 2007 I got a speeding ticket and I was offered the PFJ - I live in NC I have always had a good record - Well last weekend (stuip me following interstate traffic) in SC I got another ticket - 86 in a 70 but he knocked it down to 79 in 70 but right after that he scribble 86 next to it - anyways my questions is Since I took the PFJ in NC is the SC ticket going to affect it - Other question Should I just pay the ticket since its out of town or try to appear which would be out of my way - but if its worth something I will Thanks for any advice

South Carolina Speeding Ticket

You can check with the NC DMV to be sure but I do not think the 9 over South Carolina speeding ticket will effect the North Carolina PFJ. Robbie may be around and can clear it up for certain. Appearing on your court date will not help since you already received a reduction. You would have to request a jury trial and you can do that by mail or sometimes a fax. For more info on SC tickets
