Help student fight stop sign ticket

i just got a ticket for $331 ( ord )

i dont konw where he came up with this figure.

it says i have total # offenses : 1

stop sign violation should be 95.

also i got a warning ticket for a crack windshield that i have to fix or pay fine of 337.01

thing is

i lost my drivers license a few days ago, i have the old one though. but this one is expired obviously, although i did renew it.


how do i fight this ticket?

please help. i'm so broke.

if i try to fight , c an i still goto traffic school?

Are you sure that the 331 is a dollar amount? I believe it is actually referring to the chapter of the traffic code for Ohio. Specifically 331.19 OPERATION OF VEHICLE AT STOP SIGNS. The second would be 337.01 DRIVING UNSAFE VEHICLES.

Is it really a $ or is it a § ?

if i pay the 95 dollar fine here, i get a point in ohio ?

so does my insurance rise?

my insurance company is in indiana, and i live in CA with a CA drivers license.

do i gota do traffic school or what?
