Help - ticket within probation

I am under 6month deffered Traffic violation in Grey Harbour county,WA. (feb3-Aug3)

Today, June 15, I just got pulled over for running red light (was orange, changed to red midway). I am 45 day away from probation deadline.

Can I contest this, and hope that 45 days pass before this ticket gets into my record ? (and break my probation)

1) I have 15 days to respond, so I wait till 14th day to contest it.
2) Sit and pray that my court date is set after August 3 (probation deadline)

But, if I am asked to apprear within 30 days - can I ask for a different date ??

anyone have any luck DELAYING and buying time ? - any tips/strategies??

This happened in Bellevue, WA.

My Probation = Abredeeen,WA (Greys Harbor County)
Dates = Feb 03 - Aug 03 (6 Month probation)

This traffic violation = Bellevue, WA (King County)
Voilation Date = June 15
15 day period to respond = June 30

My court date should be AFTER Aug 03. Else I get 2 tickets one for this, and one for old one.

Also, since this is a red light violation - it is his word against my word - is there a possiblity that I can fight it ?
