I have only been living in my apartment for a few months. It is a small place and I share the driveway and yard with my landlord. He goes through my mail and my car (which now I keep locked). He told if I could not paint my apartment he would have to go up on my rent if he had to do it himself. I have never been late with rent except this month and all I owe is 40 dollars which I will pay this weekend.
He wanted me to have a drink with him and his girlfriend outside in the yard. They told me they where into a different lifestyle and wanted me to join them. I flatly refused and told them how uncomfortable I was. They proceeded to take clothes off. Remember we are outside and there is no fence. I immediately left and went inside. I did not talk to them for a couple of days. Again told them I did not care for what they did. So, feel that the reason he wants to terminate my lease. What can I do? I cannot afford to move right now. He got ugly to me when I told him to stop going through my mail.
I need advice on how to handle him without him getting ugly towards me.
