I started working for Louie Moss in the last week of July 2007. I have spent on the average of 10 to 14 hours per day 5 to 6 days per week building a series of websites to promote Louie Moss's book/ebook titled 68 Seconds To Becoming Wealthy.

Our relationship ended on December 17th 2007 by way of a Skype chat that I can provide along with server logs to prove the hours spent on his server building the sites.

According to the contract either party can cancel the agreement on a 30 day notice by certified letter or personal delivery. Today Dec. 18th makes 31 days and I have not recieved any such letter. They broke the contract by locking me out of the FTP and Webhosting account. They have also stated to Tim Hayes and myself that they have someone else who will be performing my duties starting after Jan. 1st 2008 which happened in December 2007 instead.I just recieved a certified letter on Jan.28th 2008. Since they have not given me notice within 30 days I see that I am entitled to compensation according to the contract whereas it states: "Either Party may cancel this agreement on (30) days notice to the other party in writing by certified letter or personal delivery, but will be remunerated for previous efforts and perpetual agreement held within this contract for the life of the company, the website , and any and all of the intellectual properties of Louie Moss and any of it's assignees." besides the Skype messages I have wittness's that will back me up on the fact that they replaced me without notice.

Since that time the websites are all gone and Mr. Moss's "Company" he formed for the book is no longer in existance.

I from time to time do Google searches to see if Mr. Moss is into anything new and have found a new website he has had built for a lending business he has started.

I feel that his new business falls under the part stated above "Any and all intellectual properties of Louie Moss and any of it's assignees"

Can I go after him to get paid for my "past efforts" ?

If you have an agreement and the other party breaches the agreement, you can sue the other party for what is owed to you under the agreement. I don't see the entire agreement but I'm guessing it is month to month. If you choose to sue, you should do so for every month you weren't compensated including for the time period you claim he was required to provide you with notice. For example, if he was required to give you 30 days prior notice from any month, e.g. the first day of each month, then it requires 30 days prior to Feb 1 (e.g. Jan 2 or Jan 1 if you want to play it safe with regard to wording) in order to cancel effective Feb 1. If he cancels you Jan. 3 then he would owe you for January AND February since the notice on Jan 3. would only be effective for a Mar. 1 termination.

Good luck to you and sorry to hear you're the latest person out of luck with your job... perhaps this is the way people "get rich quick"?
