Hi All,

My name is Spazz I live in Arizona (phoenix) and have a 5yr old son from an X girlfriend, she has full custody. The court papers were filled by me when we first split up allowing me parenting time and to pay child support to her. Recently my X and I have come to an agreement of termination of my child support and parenting time.

I am struggling to find out which forms I need to do this. I found a form on my state's court forms page discussing termination of parenting time, but I did not find one for termination of child support. I did find a form to change parenting time and child support both in the same form and this made me wonder if I could use that and simply enter 0% for father and 100% for mother regarding the areas where to designate which parent would be declared responsible. I believe I would have to fill something out separately for the DES Child Support Office so that they can terminate my payment account with them also??

Thank you for taking the time to read this! Feel free to contact me on this form or email (spazzomd@gmail.com)

Sorry, she can't relieve you of your obligations to pay child support.

Neither can she release you from the terms of any court ordered visitation or parenting time.

If you want to change any court orders, you have to return to court and ask the court to allow the changes.

Don't hold your breath, however, it rarely happens.

And, when it does, attorneys are OFTEN involved.

If you fail to do what the court ordered, you could be held in contempt.

A finding of contempt could result in the court fining you or jailing you!
