Help with Trustee

Hello and thank you very much for your time!

My wife and I have an inheritance being turned over in a few months.
The trustee has had it for several years and always refuses to give an accounting.
We have a written letter that the trustee has been taking wages out along the way.
The % paid for being trustee.
It is family but at this point we feel we need help looking into making sure
the trustee has not abused the account(s) for personal gain.

Honestly we are not sure what to expect or our best course of action.
We live states away and don't have much time left.
Our feeling is to try to find an attorney over the phone in the area?
