Help!

My boyfriend recently attempted to temporarily relocate to Tenn. from Illinois to attend a truck driving program. Upon arriving at the DMV to get a Tenn license, he was told that there was a hold on his license for a "no insurance/expired registration" ticket he had in 2004 in the state of Kentucky. The thing is, he has never even driven in Kentucky. The license plate number and address provided by the county doesn't even trace back to him. Just the name. Now there is a warrant out for his arrest! What can he do? He didn't know anything about it until two weeks ago.

He needs to contact the prosecutor for that court and talk to him. If he can't get in touch with him and resolve the issue he will need to retain an attorney.
