I am about at the end of my rope. I filed for divorce, but my hopefully soon to be ex doesn't want to pay child support at all. I would totally go along with this just to get rid of him, but the judge says that he won't sign the papers unless he pays child support. I just want this to be over, and so does he. Now he is mad because the judge won't sign the papers, and he sent me an email saying that one of the girls aren't his, and he refused to pay any support at all. Is there anyway for him to sign over all parental rights right now so that this doesn't have to continue? I just want this over with. Please help!!!
