I worked over 76 hrs (+40 the first week) hours worked first week and a half were not clocked in as I had no clock in number, I just got my first check it states only 21 hours and pay rate is not what was agreed upon plus my federal and state withholdings are wrong. I was working in a hostile work environment and was told by store manager to hang in there. A shift manager violated OSHA policy and dumped QSR powder bleach mixed with water down a drain that is directly connected to a
public drink station while knowing that I have a personal allergy to the chemical, then continues to tease me after I report the issue!
Grease trap broke? I'm not sure what the issue is there but grill crew were instructed to dump grill grease down mop sink! And the list goes on....HELP I need representation!

First of all, this is not a lawyer referral service and reputable lawyers do not troll message boards looking for clients. So you will not find representation this way.

If you were not paid for all the time you worked, you can file a wage claim with the state of AZ. You do not need an attorney to do this.

The term, hostile work environment, has a very specific meaning under employment law and does not mean what most people think it means. What was transpiring that you are classifying as such?

You are free to report any OSHA violations to OSHA.
