My sister and her boyfriend are beyond unfit parents for my nephew that just turned six but hes highly aware of the situation and a very smart kid.. me and my mom raised him since he was about five months til about a year ago she got out of prison for the fourth time. Long story short she ripped the boy out of his home his bed and away from people that love him. They are both on drugs.always have been.and may be actually mentally sick. How do I save that poor helpless child?

You alone can do nothing. If you feel the child is in danger contact children's services you can remain anonymous

You can't go get the child. If you believe the child is being physically or mentally abused, neglected....... contact CPS.
