I have accepted a contingency offer from the Veterans Administration for a Clerk/scanner job. I am concerned about a medical history questionnaire that may need to be filled out. I want to be prepared if it happens or if I am asked If I have had Hepatitis C. I have been treated in the last 6 months and will soon have another round of a new pill. Side effects are very minimal and I had no problem working with the last regime of meds.
My question is: Am I required to disclose this information on a questionnaire? Or divulge if asked? If I check the NO box I could be lying. on a federal document which could be grounds for dismissal It is a questionnaire so is it me volunteering the information?
