I am about to take a physical exam for a Veterans Administration Job. The job will be in financial. I have almost been cured of Hepatitis C, due to new meds on the market. If I am asked about Hep C, am I required to disclose my private medical condition? If i receive one of those Questionnaires that has about 50 questions with yes and no check off boxes, am I required to disclose my private medical condition? Is it volunteering information on my part? If I were to check NO, am I lying on a federal document? (could it be grounds for removal?) or not getting the job?
