Hired, worked then fired

I accepted a position, and was hired. Took the drug screen test and due to an error at the lab, they had not sent the results prior to the first day at work. I still was allowed to work 2 days. The results of the testing were positive for marijuana and I was let go. Should they have allowed me to work without the results from the testing? And do I have any legal recourse?
 
It was not unlawful for them to allow you to work pending the test results as it was not unlawful to terminate you after you tested positive. You have no case. Stop doing drugs!
 
Wait! You do ILLEGAL drugs, you come on a Legal Advice site WHINING that some company let you work two days even though you are a POT HEAD and you get an attitude because Jacksgal tells you to stop doing DRUGS? Let me make it just that simple: DO DRUGS if you want to but don't WHINE about the consequences. Sheesh!
