My Daughter Was Standing At Her Bus Stop And She Was Hit By A Man In His Car.he Had Been Harassing Both Her And My Youngest Daughter For About 2 Weeks Tring To Hit Them With His Car Until He Hit My Oldest.this Was Back In August Of 07 And He Hit Her Back In September Of 07.we Have Had The Bond Hearing And My Daughter Let Him Bond Out Due To The Fact That He Has Small Children.she Wasn"t Hurt Bad But She Was Brused On Her Leg.and I Would Like To Say That She Has Had 3 Major Surgies On Her Back Due To Scolious And Her Spine Is Being Held Together With Rods And Pins.which Worries Me Of What Can Happen In The Future Due To This.she Now Doesn"t Want To Go To Court Because She Doesn"t His Children To Be Out There Father For 10 Years.due To The Fact That Her Mother Has Been Out Of Their Life For The Past 7 Years.they Have Offered Her $2500.00 To Settle This Out Of Court.my Daughter Wants To Take It But I Am Not Sure.but She Is 19 Years Old And I Have To Let Her Decide For Herself But I Just Don"t Know What To Do.and If She Excepts The Settlement What Do We Have To Do?they Want To Give Her Cash And I Don"t Want Them To Give Cash.i Need Help His Wife Is Coming Back Tomorrow For An Answer.can You Help Me?
