An ex boyfriend called to tell me he tested HIV positive and that I would have to get tested also. 2 days later he called to tell me it wasn't true. He was just trying to hurt me because he was mad at me. In the meantime, I had contacted my family and someone I could have infected. Is it illegal for him to do that? I'm being told be a couple different people that it is illegal. By the way, I did get tested anyway and it was negative.
