What is Georgia's Law regarding parking on a residential street in front of your home and how can Home Owners Association assess daily fines of $25.00 when parking is permitted?

Throw us a bone here. Surely the HOA has told you what it is you're doing that is not in compliance with the bylaws.

According to the "First Notice of Noncompliance" it states that by parking my vehicle on the street is not in compliance with community standards;however, the HOA rules and regs state that vehicles can not be parked on grassy areas and can be parked on the street but not longer than twenty-four hours. I use my vehicle and it is never stationed over a period of twenty-four hours.

That's pretty vague. I'd ask them what community standards you're not in compliance with.
