Holiday pay

I worked for Baibrook partnership since January 15 2008. I am a salaried manager and I am supposed to be entitled to 4 holidays a year (labor day, independence day, thanksgiven and christmas) I am in my last week of my 2 weeks notice and I haven't recieve my holiday time off. My store manager says that she is not going to pay me because I am in my two weeks notice. Is that legal?
 
I have several questions, all of which have a direct bearing on the answer to your question.

1.) What state are you in?

2.) Are you talking about premium pay (i.e. being paid extra for working on a holiday) or being paid at all?

3.) Salaried is only a pay method and means nothing by itself. Are you exempt or non-exempt under the FLSA?
