entered into contract to purchase a home, 1st and 2nd deposit down total of $10,000.00. Numerous inspection issues the sellers agreed to address all by lic. contractors. After many months the contract closing date and mortgage comm. date expired. All inspection issues were not completed including inground oil tank removal. I decided to back out of deal because of the time and inspection issues. Do to the economic conditions I was denied a Mortgage. Now the seller will not release my $10,000 deposit money. What can I do to get my money back. They will not replay to any correspondence or phone calls. What can I do..

Assuming you are entitled under the contract to have your deposit refunded, sue for refund of the money.
