Hello-
I purchased a used 2004 certified Honda Accord vehicle from a reputable Honda dealership in Renton and asked the sales person if the car had been in an accident and to please supply a Carfax. They did and there was no mention of an accident, but when I got home I ran my own Carfax report and found the car was in a previous accident. I purchased the car on Friday June 15th, and want to return it for a refund on Monday, June 18th. I kept their Carfax that they ran for me, am I hosed or do I have any recourse? Thanks for the help.
