Hi, I am a homeowner in a pretty good neighborhood in Dayton Ohio, recently we got a new neighbor who is renting a house next door through section 8 which is a assistance program for low income families, which is not the problem its the manner in which they act and speak to other people in the neighborhood. There is a woman and her 7 year old daughter there and the little girl is trying to fight all the kids in the neighborhood and she even kicked a 3 year old boy in the groin and in the face. When the mother was told what had happened she laughed and said " Thats how it is in the ghetto". As if she was trying to intimidate us. I was raised in a bad part of town too and people didnt just go around kicking each other in the nuts all the time, this family is ridicoulous and I nor the whole damn street doesnt want this family here. Can I do anything? Who do I complain to? What will they do? Or will this make things worse. I know what I wanna do I wanna go over there next time her little girl kicks that 3 year old boy, I wanna go over there and beat that moms ass with a baseball bat but I know that will just make me look as bad. Please help before I end up in prison.:dgrin
