GM of the hotel entered my room to leave a notice of a "Fire Alarm test" scheduled for tomorrow when I was not in the room or the hotel. Without prior notice. Is this acceptable? I feel violated.

Did you have the no service sign up to keep the maid out? If you did, you might have a gripe, but no legal standing.

This is bizarre - someone else was able to post using the administrator account a single post. I don't think that the account was compromised but more a vulnerability in the software which I'll see if there is an update for.

IP address of the original message is in California too, although different from the one you used. I will see if it cross references with anyone else. The IP address for the issue with the Admin account was from a Chinese IP address. We have a heavy duty firewall here.

It was posted from a spam account. I'm going to upgrade the software as there may be a posting vulnerability - I doubt there was a password breach and all the passwords here are encrypted for safety.
